Our latest update to Current enhances the Reporting functionality so that now you can filter by date. Simply use the “Date Range” box at the top of the reports.Andy Collins commented
Currently the reports pull from invoiced jobs, i really need them to be able to pull from opportunities as we run our own events as well as supply for other people, so on my own events i do not invoice myself for the job but i need to know how much the equipment is being used.
I would like to see a way of creating and saving our own custom report templates, so you can run the same report whenever you want and just change the dates on them.
Building on the quarantine functionality in Current to add additional options for testing and maintenance is something that we’re committed to adding to Current RMS in future. Please do keep the votes and comments coming!
Remember you can use custom fields to store testing information against your stock levels in Current and even pull through this information to opportunity documents. We’ve put together a guide that runs through how this works, check out: Record PAT or other equipment test results

We are constantly being asked by hotels and local authorities for test certs for equipment being used on jobs, we have thousands of products and everytime we get asked it takes forever for us to get every test cert for each of the products together.
I was wondering if there was a possibility of being able to have a section for PAT test certs and other certs that would be needed for each product, so that when you compile a quote you can click a different button and it would produce a table of each product on that job with the dates and details of the relevant test certs. We currently have been uploading the certs as an attachment but everytime we do a job we need to download each document and send them, where as this would allow you to do this with a click of a button.
As an add on to this if you could put test dates on each item which then gave you notifications of when it is about to run out of test then that would also be a massive help.
