Derek - our PO module will do general stock purchase orders as well as sub-rentals and sub-contract purchase orders.
Yes it would encompass sub-rent purchase orders.

The finalise process provides you the chance to adjust and correct check-in information before committing it. It also allows you to part check-in a job with a different return date to the job's end date (early or late returns).
It's important to understand that the finalise process only relates to the check-ins that have been done so far. you don't need to wait until the whole job has been checked-in.
Would you all rather the feed for jobs were all day events rather than using the actual start/end date/time as it does now?
You can book back in unused sales stock - switch to the Detail View, click the blue arrow to get the drop down menu and choose Check In. On the form that comes up you can enter the quantity being returned back to stock. Note - the item must be booked out before you can check it in.
Cheers for the suggestion, we’ll monitor the number of votes on this one. A couple of things that might help in the meantime:
- Create a bunch of draft opportunities with dates in the future and tag them with “template” or something similar. Set the drafts up as you like. When you want to use a template, filter your opportunities by the “template” tag and then simply clone the one you need.
- You can copy & paste easily between opportunities – great for opportunities that have similar kit.
You can clone an existing opportunity to get a ready to edit copy of a previous job (click the blue double page icon to to this.
You can also create a number of drafts with regularly used combinations of equipment and services and then use the clone function to get a copy each time you need it.
We can add additional currencies to Current easily – if your currency isn’t listed let us know at email@example.com!

Thanks for the feedback, we're going to take another look at the price lock function and incorporate the feedback we've received to date.
Yes that's correct - we don't remember your view choices on the planner, however I'll add that to the suggestions list.

We have this feature developed, it's in testing at the moment.
We'll have a look at the UI so it can calculate the balancing quantities for you.
When returning items as damaged or lost they are moved to quarantine when the check in is finalised. We do adjust the quantity held when you book out of quarantine and write the stock off. This gives you the choice of repairing/finding these items or removing them from stock permanently.

If you're using a bluetooth barcode scanner (or Grabba sleeve/case) you can already do this.
