  1. Add custom fields to the decline document form

    Ability to add custom fields to the Decline document form.

    Currently you can add custom fields into the Approval form for online publishing and the results from the fields will then show not he opportunity page. However the decline form only has a comment box and custom fields cannot be added. Please can the ability to add custom fields to the decline box be added.

    This would enable us to add a tick box option for the customer and help us to identify reasons for the no go. We can then assign the correct lost/dead status. As with the approval…

  2. Remove complete jobs on job planner

    On the Job Planner it always shows completed jobs.
    Which is fine unless a hire comes back early for example, kit checked in, job complete but it still shows on planner until the scheduled end date.
    You can include Order, Draft, Enquiry and quotation but no way of de-selecting Complete.

  3. Report by customer and items booked

    Report that shows by customer what is booked without clicking in each customer.
    Product Availability is good but require at customer level for sub hire and up selling etc

  4. Prevent page from closing/unloading if unsaved changes

    It would be a nice addition to prevent a page from unloading when creating / editing opportunities, products, templates, etc.

  5. Export custom views to Excel or PDF

    Add possibility to export result lists into excel or pdf format. This should be available on all pages with lists e.g. opportunities, invoices etc. We currently export a lot due to our finance system and now we have to convert everything all the time from comma separated files

  6. Different stock methods for rental versus sales stock

    At the moment, if I have serialised stock for rental, then I HAVE to have serialised stock for sales, when I actually need to have either non-stock or bulk as a stock method for sales (for when we're dropshipping from a supplier for example).

  7. Make online quotation approval buttons more obvious

    Make quote approval much more obvious. It's only at the top of the quote. By the time clients have scrolled to the bottom of our long online quotes they have forgotten that they can click to comment, accept or decline because it's at the top of the page. Why not also have it at the bottom and have a pop over (like newsletter sign ups) that pop up when they go to navigate off the page also give them the option of "not now". We have clients emailing or calling to say they accept - only one client in 3…

  8. Option to have separate quotation and order numbers

    When a quote is converted to an order the next sequential order number is allocated. It's very seldom that an order is cancelled, so spotting missing orders or orders that have not been invoiced becomes very easy as the majority of orders will have sequential numbers. The quote numbers would continue to increment as they do at present.

    With the ongoing Xero integration this would also mean that one can see at a glance if there are any opportunities that have not been invoiced from within Xero. At the moment we use a spare field in Xero to add the…

  9. Pricing Matrix Different Clients

    We have a lot of different agreements with venues and other B2B clients which are starting to become quite intricate. If we could set up a pricing matrix for each independent client it would save time if that pricing matrix could then be automatically applied when building new opportunities.

    It would be useful to be able to link Opportunities to dropbox project files so you can easily keep job documentation in one place in current and be able to access through drop box.

  12. Book items out of availability for long term installs / put an item on hold

    For companies who provide long term rental or installs on rental plans, being able to have an install section where you can allocate your rental kit to an install to take it out of your rental stock for a selectable period.

    Currently the Picker lists Favorites in alphabetical order. It would be much more useful if the results were grouped by Product Group, then listed alphabetically within each Group. For example:
    Microphones:
    -Mic A
    -Mic B

    -Speaker Y
    -Speaker Z

  14. Group description - text formatting and pictures

    It would be useful to have text formatting options and the ability to add pictures to group descriptions (under edit opportunity group)

    Also the ability to save and recall frequently used descriptions.

    This would help with putting together quotes and proposals.

    You can use the Markdown filter on any output liquid syntax in your document layouts to format your text. Markdown lets you format things using easy-to-read plain text. For example, if you put a markdown filter on your item description, e.g. {{ item.description | markdown }}, you can type in bold, italics, and even add images hosted on the internet.

  15. Save customised page views for each user

    Ability to personalise the page layout to your own preference i.e. I like to view all of the opportunities on one page but my colleague prefers to view them in 6 per page. This should be able to be saved in a settings tab rather than having to change it manually every time page is opened.

    For those of you looking to save a custom view as the default, this morning we updated the servers so you can do just that :)

    When you select a custom view, choose “Set this view as my default” from the View menu to save it as your default.

  16. Sales product quotation report

    Can we add a report that shows me how many of a specific products have been quoted? Helps when ordering stock...

  20. Make approval URL expire

    Once you send an approval URL there should be a way of making it unavailable to the customer to see. Ie once the quote has reached it's expiration date or indeed once you have marked it dead.

    Currently customers can approve quotes once they have expired or the equipment is no longer available which leads to some disappointment when it is explained that the quote was no longer valid.
