Allow for venues with multiple rooms
Some venues we visit regularly have 2, 3 or sometimes even more rooms or room options.
When assigning a venue to a job it would be great to have the room options come up on a tick list, this would enable us to easily select th relevant room quickly and easily.
the ability to link Venue files (that can also be used as Venue/sub room files) to the Oppty would be great -- similar to the way we presently link Participants. (but in a field nearest the Oppty title & Organization field at the top please.) The ability to clone the Venue card (and edit for updates & specific related to the specific venue/room) would be a plus. Venue entries would end up being something like this : Bldg 459; Bldg459 - Main Theater; Bldg 459 - 5th Flr. Conference Rm; ... and they would come up in the search menu together (particularly if cloned to avoid typos and format errors).
Why not register one venue pr room ?
Additionally having the equipment sorted by room on the estimate/quote would let the customers know what equipment is scheduled for which room.

Would really like this feature added. Thought it might be possible with custom lists but can't make it work with a unique list for each venue.
This would be great. Often you are working in many rooms within a venue, on the same job, or different jobs.
This would help us with dry hire/venue support side of our business.
It would be great to be able to associate 'meeting rooms' to a venue. Just having 'venue' has little use to us, as we have to know where the equipment needs to go in the venue. Many jobs have multiple meeting rooms we need to set-up equipment in.
By linking 'meeting rooms' to 'venues', we can put in all the relevant information to a particular 'meeting room' (floor plans etc.) which would would be very handy!
