  1. Auto finalise shifts

    It would be great if shifts would automatically finalise as the date and time goes by. Maybe even if somewhere on the dashboard there was a recently completed so someone can look over the list and see if there is anything odd before giving the final sign off for that week/month

    • Colour highlight for opportunities

      It would be great to be able to assign a highlight colour to an opportunity which is assigned to that opportunity on the planner as well as the opportunity tab. This would help us keep track of the types of jobs in addition to what stage they are in. See attached for an example

      • Buffer time between services

        Adding a buffer or even better automated travel times (when opportunity locations are provided) would be really helpful for sending out technicians so that there is time between calls/bookings for them to travel between.

            • Choose whether an item appears in the picker

              In our store we have flightcases for nearly all of our products. We have the flightcases barcoeded so that we can keep track of them and we scan them out with jobs using the free scan. The only issue is that when using the picker to create a quote the flightcases appear as well. We don't need to see them in the picker and all they do is clutter it. You can make them not appear by having them be accessories but then you can't free scan them out on jobs. If there was a yes or no slider in…

                It would be great to have a customizable table view off all the opportunities in the sales pipeline and the ability to customize the deal stage itself.
                In my other CRM I have a section for every part of the deal stage set up like so.

                • We would like a 'recalculate' type button that updates ALL product information (Accessories,components,weight, price) on existing orders

                  We would like a "recalculate all" style button that essentially recalculates/re embeds all the latest product information (with all the updated component/accessories/weights/prices) at that point in time for an existing quote/order.

                  Background: We are currently adding on all components and accessories onto existing products already on the system.

                  However if a quote/order has been created prior to the component/accessory being added on, then it does not include them/allow them to be scanned onto the system when preparing/booking out without physically being reentered onto the quote/order....

                  • Item availability based on check in/out

                    Currently, we often run into shortages due to jobs not being returned on time. While we are able to manage this if we are aware that the job hasn't been returtned, and we extend the job, often we end up with small jobs that slip past. This can lead to tricky issues when we expect an item to be available, but it is still out.

                    Is it possible to have item availability be based on actual scanned/booked out assets, rather than opportunity levels?

                    • Way to set sub rentals as being delivered on site

                      It would be nice to have an option to mark sub rentals as "to be delivered on-site". We rent gear locally a lot. It never comes to the shop.

                      Would need to add an option on the detail page to allow us to mark gear that will be delivered on site. Having delivery dates, times, notes, driver info, etc... would also help.

                      Like the reserved, allocated, booked out designations, we would have an "on-site delivery" designation.

                      Once we get on site, we can check the gear out as having received the gear once we actually get it in our possession.…

                      • Ability to auto-calculate based on %, for preceding crewing items 'totals' in the immediate group

                        We have set rates for different levels of crew, but in addition to the set rates, we quote our clients fringes & admin costs. These can't be engineered into the crew rate & need to sit separately (within the crew section but a separate line item). At the moment, it seems the only way to achieve this is a manual calculation. It would make the system much more usable of this could be a built-in calculation whereby the user nominated what % to apply to a nominated range of items 'totals'.

                        • Copy and paste labor with the ability to adjust date/times via a popup for whole group or for each individual in the group.

                          This request builds upon the copy and paste feature we currently use.

                          The current copy and paste functionality is great! Use it every day for gear.

                          I would like the ability to COPY a group of labor on one opportunity and PASTE it to another opportunity.

                          This could be a separate command in the blue drop down menu from the current copy and paste commands.

                          If the system detects labor in the group. When you click the blue arrow the labor copy and labor paste buttons would be activated.

                              It would be great to have a column on the stock report that shows whether the stock is active or inactive. Currently, I have to export the product sheet and export a stock sheet and create a formula that checks for the product name and populates whether or not the stock is active. This is a lot of work. If the stock sheet had an active column, it would make this much easier.

                                • Multi select to book sale items out of quarantine

                                  Would be great to have a multi-select tick box option for booking sale items out of quarantine- just like there is for sub-rent returns. Having to go in to the item and book out one by one is very time consuming- especially as we use this for consumables on a job being returned un-opened (tape, batteries etc).

                                  Further to this- an option to not put sale items in to quarantine when returned from jobs would be great too!

                                  • create a Lasso.io integration for labor scheduling/quotes

                                    It would save countless hours if we could create our labor schedule in Lasso and have it populate over to CurrentRMS for the specific job. Calculating OT, meals, travel days, etc in Current is a little too cumbersome and not as automated in comparison, but our clients often want to see detail so we end up having to build it in Lasso then copy all that information to Current, or send them the labor quote from Lasso.

                                        • enable a function whereby we can post costs to Xero as purchase orders.

                                          Currently, we use the costs module to track costs associated with a job. It's great.

                                          But to be actually able to send a supplier a purchase order, we then have to enter all the same cost information into Xero to raise a purchase order.

                                          It'd be really useful if like with the invoice module, Current cost post cost entries to Xero as purchase orders.
